Effective Date: August 1, 2026
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of parts, components, and related products ("Products") from ANB Aviation Parts, LLC ("ANB," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with ANB, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
All Products sold by ANB are manufactured under FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) and are accompanied by appropriate airworthiness documentation (e.g., FAA Form 8130-3) where applicable. Customer is solely responsible for verifying that any Product purchased is eligible for installation on Customer's specific aircraft make, model, and serial number, and for complying with all applicable FAA or other regulatory requirements.
All quotes provided by ANB are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping, handling, taxes, or duties unless expressly stated.
Orders are not confirmed until accepted in writing by ANB. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. ANB reserves the right to require payment in full or a deposit prior to production or shipment.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only. ANB is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, material shortages, or regulatory delays.
Products may be returned only in accordance with ANB's return policy in effect at the time of purchase. ANB warrants that Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. ANB's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at ANB's sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANB's total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the applicable Product. In no event shall ANB be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or aircraft downtime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in connection with any Product purchased from ANB.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
ANB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ANB's website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
